1. Distribution/Replication of Materials: the materials included in this membership (including but not limited to Academy documents and presentations, CORE documents) are for the sole use of the Member listed in this agreement and may not be reproduced or distributed in any other manner.

2. Limited Liability: The consulting and materials provided in conjunction with this Membership is that of CharTec and its staff and is not legally binding. We recommend seeking legal counsel prior to making any shifts in business.

1. The Annual Membership is for a minimum of twelve (12) continuous months and will renew each year at the current designated rate.

2. The Member will need to maintain their monthly payment of Annual membership dues, to have access to benefits under this program.

Should the Member request to cancel their annual membership before the twelfth (12th) month, the Member can pay an Early Termination Fee of $1,000.00 and CharTec will grant their access to exit the agreement early. To cancel the Lifetime membership maintenance a 30 day notice is required. To start this process, contact administration@chartec.net and further instructions and a cancellation form will be provided.

During the membership term, should CharTec fail to deliver on any item listed on page one (1) of this form, the Member can submit to CharTec at: AccountManager@CharTec.net a detailed list of failures, thereby giving CharTec thirty (30) days to remedy any problems and effectively resolve any discontent with the delivery of any item listed on this form. Should no remedy be found, CharTec will cease services and billing at the end of the thirty (30) day time frame.

By signing this document, the signee agrees to provide CharTec with ACH or Credit Card Information to hold on file. Payment of dues/fees enables access to the items listed on this form. Membership is billed on the 1st of the month and payment is taken on the 5th of the month, via ACH or Credit Card on file. Any and all balances not paid by the 10th of each month will be subject to an 18% interest charge.
